Neuro-Scientists are researching on the ways to read people’s minds with machines and chips, and are on it for decades, Universities like University of California, Berkeley and elsewhere are making real progress on it. It is good on humanitarian purpose that we’ll soon be able to read minds of the physically/mentally disable patients and treat them better but on the other hand it is a bit scary that our innermost thoughts will be compromised and be accessed by the chips and machines.
Suggestions are also being made for neurohacking into people’s thoughts in relation to neuromarketing, which could target people’s brain by manipulating their wants and desires through marketing and advertising. Our thought and actions can be hijacked by media which could make us think we’re getting what we want when really, we’re going for something our brains may only think are supposed to be good [sources: IGF; Carmichael].

Even if the techies are still not been able to do the neuro-hacking and neuro-marketing but they have the access of all our data, from images to all the personal information available on the cloud storage of different private firms like Microsoft, Google, Apple or Government firms Data-Base. Data Mining is done to mine out the important information about the person and find out personal user preferences and choices.

Imagine a tiny data already on a microcomputer chip. A microscopic chip which has the power to calculate like a computer with much of the complex circuit boards and data travels at the speed of light or sound. This is Quantum Technology in a simplified manner.

Today’s youth are a tech-savvy and are all interconnected by the mode of the Internet and Social Media. With decreased cost of internet and other tech gadgets, youngsters of age group 16-24 years ranging from unschooled to a high literate education are coming up where they might be stuck without jobs and have more of free time. All of this discontent may lead to a rebellion in the form of technological or infrastructure sabotage, either physically or in cyberspace.
